Evers Psychological Associates, P.C.  is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality, cost effective mental health care. Our experienced office staff can answer questions about our billing and your insurance coverage.  we can also, if you wish, file your claim for you keeping in mind that insurance coverage is between the patients and their insurance carrier. 

INSURANCE & PAYMENTS

Insurance: 

 

Evers Psychological Associates is a Medicare provider.  All other services are provided on an out of network basis.

At Evers Psychological Associates we work for our patients. We feel it is important for a persons mental health provider to be dedicated to giving them the best care and not be controlled or limited by contractual relationships with insurance providers.  Once your insurance coverage is verified and your co-pay established frequently patient's pay their co-pay at time of service.  While insurance carriers can send payment directly to the provider they frequently refuse and send them to the paitent instead.  All you have to do is bring in the insurance payment with the attached Explaination of Benefits to your next visit and we will approriately credit your account.

 

 

 

 

Additional Fees: 
 

There are sometimes additional fees for services performed outside your therapy session.  Any fee will be discussed with you prior rendering the service.
